The Product Manager will own the strategy, product road maps, and business outcomes for the technology that allows us to serve our customers. You will set the long-term vision for our CRM platform, plus all CX communication methods & customer-facing tools. You will work closely with our culinary, client, and accounting teams to ensure we're incorporating their needs into these platforms. The Product Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Your Every Day:

  • Manage key relationships with front end and back end designers and developers, continuing to optimize and expand upon existing products while introducing new experimental product features to market
  • Work across product, design, engineering, customer experience, operations, business and technology
  • Work closely with product designers and engineers
  • Plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative user research studies in an agile fashion
  • Lead internal meetings and presentations surrounding tech & strategy updates, roadmaps & business outcomes
  • Manage all deliverables, scopes, and timelines independently, and adapt project plans as deliverables change
  • Strategically approach our business or brand challenges with tangible and feasible tech solutions
  • Write scopes of work and contracts with some oversight


  • 2 to 4 years experience in a digital product/producer role, ideally at an agency or early stage technology company
  • Experience with one or more of the following: launching a digital product, product strategy, technical project management, or account management
  • Ability to manage a website from concept to completion
  • Ability to manage a creative process
  • Able to communicate in a clear, consistent and transparent manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience compiling a presentation and delivering a presentation to an audience
  • Understands the impact of in-the-moment decision-making on the overall success of a project and keeps an eye on the big picture to ensure success for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Part-Time (Tues-Thurs); NYC-based role
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
