We curate a customizable menu and hand select the
right private chef to fit your wants & needs.
Your personal chef shops, preps, cooks, and serves
[along with additional staff if needed]. We use your
serveware, glasses, linen napkins and bring your home
to life.
Your event will be personal & unique to you. We clean
up and pack leftovers to enjoy the next day.

Where are your Holiday Hosting & Prep services available? 
Culinista Gatherings & Events services are available in New York City as well as upstate, Westchester County, Fairfield County, CT, Northern New Jersey, the Hamptons, the D.C. metro area, Los Angeles, and Aspen. If you need a chef in a different location, email q@theculinistas.com and we'll try our best to source a chef for you.
How much does a typical gathering or event cost?
The service fee for Culinista Kitchen® Holiday Hosting & Prep starts at $500. Additional costs include groceries, tip, a $15 travel reimbursement for the chef & sales tax. Submit a request with event details and we’ll provide a proposal for your special occasion.
Can I Request a Special Cuisine or Format?
Yes. Love green bean casserole? Need help pulling off a vegan Thanksgiving? Our chefs specialize in a range of cuisines & we will even make your family’s favorite recipes from those torn & tattered pages passed down for generations. Culinista chefs have worked in the best kitchens in the country, bringing you a restaurant quality meal right in your own home.
Do you provide wait staff, rentals, florals, alcohol?
We work with top agencies to provide experienced, skilled waitstaff. The fee for waitstaff starts at $300. We can also source the top floral, rental, and wine vendors and will facilitate an introduction to make your experience as seamless as possible.
How do you source your chefs?
Our chefs specialize in a range of cuisines using our recipes as the backbone of every occasion. They’ve worked in some of the best kitchens in the world, bringing you a restaurant-quality meal from presentation to flavors. They lead with a respect for hospitality & love helping with holidays.
