It’s no secret in the office that our work wives, ie, Jill & Tiana, love tequila, earthy flavors, and citrus. So this cocktail combines all of those elements in a refreshing mix of grapefruit, rosemary, and club soda.
Makes 2 cocktails
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
½ c Turbinado Sugar
½ c Water
Rosemary sprigs, divided
4 oz Tequila
Grapefruit, juice & peel for garnish
Seltzer
Directions
1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat sugar, water, and 3-4 rosemary sprigs. When sugar dissolves, cover, cool, and set aside.
2. Mix 2 oz with 4 oz tequila and grapefruit juice. Pour between two glasses over ice.
3. Top both glasses with seltzer water and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and grapefruit twist.
