by The Culinistas
To celebrate the launch of our e-commerce shop, each week we’re highlighting one of the artists, makers, chefs, and farmers we’ve collaborated with. This week, we sat down with Lior Lev Sercarz, founder of La Boite. La Boite spices are known industry wide for being top quality, flavorful, and carefully curated. Lior is a chef, cookbook author, and master of spice blends; he’s passionate about spices and the stories they tell.
The Culinistas x La Boite spice set has nine essential spices which we use to build nuance and depth into each dish. High quality kitchen staples like cumin, onion powder, and cayenne are present in addition to bolder varieties such as urfa, sumac, and a timut finishing pepper blend.
