Ever/Body is a haven for high tech beauty services and was founded to demystify cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Jagdeo is Ever/Body’s Chief Medical Officer and Board Certified Dermatologist, he is a leader in skincare aesthetics, an author of several skincare textbooks, and Ever/Body’s hands on educator. Roasted Red Pepper Frittata (with egg, red pepper, kale, spinach, basil) 

A protein dish packed with antioxidants is a fantastic way to start the day.

Spinach Salad with Grilled Apricots (with spinach, apricot, lima bean, queso fresco, pepita, lemon)

Salads with a spinach base supplemented with fruits and bean based protein helps foster healthy skin.

Grilled Watermelon Salad (with watermelon, sheep’s feta, arugula, basil, mint, shallot) 

This mediterranean salad will help keep skin hydrated during the summer months.

Shaved Broccoli Salad (with kohlrabi, broccoli, orange, cashew, chive, lemon)

So-Cal Citrus (with oranges, grapefruit, kumquat, pomegranate, walnut, basil, sumac)

Rounding out a meal with a sweet course packed with known youthful skin inducers such as citrus fruits filled with Vitamin C will leave you refreshed and glowing!
